Yoga with Lily

Lily is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher aspiring to make yoga feel accessible and enjoyable for everyone!

I became most passionate about my yoga practice when quarantine began. I was no longer dancing in 7 shows a week and needed a regular form of exercise that did not involve a gym. Although it began as a form of exercise, it developed into something much more integral to my well-being. I realized that practicing yoga made me happier. In a time when people were struggling to keep themselves going, I found my source of sanity and peace in yoga. 

Yoga is for everyone. Many people believe yoga is "too hard" or "not for their body" but I believe every body IS a "yoga body". I want to create a safe space for students to explore postures and get to know their bodies.


Yoga has physical, emotional, and mental health benefits which is why I think every single person can benefit from practicing at any level. Whether you're new to yoga or just want to deepen your pre-existing practice, feel free to reach out!
